Have you ever wanted to play soccer but then you have difficult passing and controlling the ball? If your answer is yes, continue reading because I will tell you and demonstrate to you on how to pass the ball and having control over the ball will be a simple step, so you can pass the ball exactly to your target. This method is very important and very commonly used by everyone, even professional soccer players. Keep reading if you want to find out what this trick is and what exercises will help you develop this skill. 

Why is learning how to pass important and what are the secrets to be better at passing?

Learning how to pass is similar to learning how to score and how to dribble the ball. This trick is probably the main trick to become a good soccer player that you desire and strive to be. This trick is very simple yet so effective and it is kicking the ball using your inner leg like demonstrated in the picture.


Some other tips I have are very simple but people forget to do them sometimes. Focus on your target and look where you are trying to pass the ball to. Practise and try to remember how much force you put in so that when you pass to different people and different distances you will know an average force for different distances. 

Now you have a more clear idea of what to do. Here are some exercises to practise these tips and tricks. Take a coin and pass the ball to the coin from different angles and different distances and keep on practise try to get a hold and see a rhythm and see how powerful are your kicks. Try to see how much force you need to kick a ball to this distance or from this angle. Practising this will help you understand and train to pass the ball to the distance you want. We will get to know your potential more.
Also you can use a hula hoop and see if the ball stops when you kick it from different distances. You can also do leg workout to help you with strength and help you kick the ball far distances. Some very easy and basic but yet so effective exercises are squats. Lunges, Step-Ups and many more exercises. Even though these exercises are very common most people feel like they don’t need to strengthen their muscles but just know these exercises are important and you can always improve and if you feel like these exercises are too easy for you then try something more challenging.
